What is the Web -> Error Pages section?

The Error Pages section provides an interface, where you can specify a URL for different error conditions, so you can control what will happen when a visitor to your site receives an error.

For example, when visitors request a file that doesn’t exists on your website (because of an old link, or a misspelling), they will receive a 404 error. If you specify a URL for the 404 error condition, then anytime this happens, the visitor will be redirected to this URL. That means you can provide them with a more “user friendly” error message, and other options.

The most common error conditions are listed on this page- if there are others you require, please contact Mr.Host Help (
