How do I delete an e-mail stuck in my mailbox?

If you are having problems downloading your mail via your normal e-mail program, or your mail seems to be “stuck”, it may be a large e-mail attachment causing a problem, blocking your other mail from coming through.

You can use the Mr.Host Web Mail Interface to view messages in your mailbox, without actually downloading them. Once logged into the web mail interface, you should be able to see the size of the message to the right of the subject. There you can read the message, and determine whether you want to wait for this large download, or simply delete it right there.

** Be sure to “Expunge” your messages after any deletes in the web mail interface **
