What is my POP3 username to check mail sent to my e-mail address?

The POP3 or Imap username for your mailbox is yoru FULL e-mail address.

So, for example, if you’ve created a e-mail mailbox:

me@mydomain.com

you would use ‘me@mydomain.com’ as your username.
