While we won’t want to see you go, and would love the opportunity to keep you as a customer, we understand that circumstances may arise where a customer would want to transfer registrars away from Mr.Host.
The transfer is initiated at the gaining registrars side- so the registrar you are going to would have to put in for the transfer request.
The only thing that would stop the domain from being transfered, is if the domain was too close to it’s expiry date, or if the domain was currently locked.
Domain locking is a security feature that you can turn on/off, on any domain we’ve registered, via the Customer Control Panel. So make sure to un-lock any domains, prior to transfering them away.
