To manually set up your email account, just follow the instructions below.<\/span><\/h3>\n

To Set up Email in Outlook 2007<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007. From the\u00a0Tools<\/strong>\u00a0menu, select\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click\u00a0New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter\u00a0Your Name<\/strong>,\u00a0E-mail Address<\/strong>,\u00a0Password<\/strong>, and password confirmation.<\/li>\n
  4. At the bottom, select\u00a0Manually configure server settings or additional server types<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0Internet E-mail<\/strong>, and click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter\u00a0Your Name<\/strong>\u00a0and full\u00a0E-mail Address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Select either\u00a0IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0POP3<\/strong>\u00a0for your\u00a0Account Type<\/strong> and set the mail server names:<\/strong>\n

    Incoming Mail Server: <\/span>mail.mrhost.ca\u00a0<\/strong>
    \nOutgoing Mail Server (SMTP): <\/span>smtp.mrhost.ca<\/strong><\/li>\n

  8. Enter your\u00a0<\/span>User Name<\/strong>\u00a0(your full email address) and\u00a0<\/span>Password<\/strong>, and select\u00a0<\/span>Remember password<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Click\u00a0<\/span>More Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Click the\u00a0<\/span>Outgoing Server<\/strong>\u00a0tab. Select\u00a0<\/span>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Use same settings as my incoming server<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Select the\u00a0<\/span>Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Next to\u00a0<\/span>Outgoing Server (SMTP)<\/strong>, type 587<\/strong><\/span>. Then, click\u00a0<\/span>OK<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
