A surprising amount or our business is gained though word of mouth advertising- happy customers are often more willing to recommend our services to their family and friends. We feel that we provide a great service for a reasonable price, and the majority of our customers apparently feel the same way.<\/p>\n
However, there is always the possibility that someone may not be fully satisfied with the service they receive, or may change their mind about hosting altogether.<\/p>\n
With this in mind, each of our hosting plans carries a 45 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 45 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly service fees paid excluding any domain registration or transfer fees, charges for excess bandwidth or other charges related to setup or utilization of the service.<\/p>\n
Please note, additions to existing accounts do not fall under the guarantee, only plans and add-ons purchased by new users. Also note we are only able to offer this refund on credit card payments- we can offer no refunds on cheque or money order payments that have been deposited.<\/p>\n
