How do I recover my username and password if I forget it?

You can recover your main username/password, or the username/password of any e-mail mailbox you have setup, by using the password recovery form on the Customer Control Panel.

and the username/password will be automatically e-mailed you to.

If you don’t remember your username/e-mail address, please contact Mr.Host support with information about your account:

  • your name
  • what you think you’re login/e-mail address might be
  • your domain name (website), if you have one

and we’ll get back to you with your login information.
