Suppose I sign up for one plan but eventually want to upgrade/downgrade?

No problem!

Just send an e-mail to the Mr.Host Accounts Dept and let us know:

  1. your username/account number
  2. what package you want to upgrade/downgrade to.

You will be refunded for the prorated amount of your current package, then charged for the prorated amount of the new package.
