Why was I billed x amount on such and such date?

You can find a complete history of every amount we’ve billed you and every service you’ve been charged for, from the Billing History page of the Customer Control Panel

If your charge doesn’t show up there, or if you have further questions, please contact our Accounts Department and be sure to include your username, the date, and amount billed.
