How do I cancel an account?

To end your account with Mr.Host, you must contact the Mr.Host Accounts Department and let us know you would like to discontinue the account.

We’ll do our best to keep you happy and well-hosted, but we do realize times change and you might need to end your stay with us. If you’re within the 45-day money-back guarantee, all fees, except for domain registration fees, and setup/usage fees will be returned to you.

Please note changing DNS settings to a new hosting company DOES NOT automatically close your account. You MUST CONTACT MR.HOST DIRECTLY.

When you contact us to close your account please include this info:

  • When you would like your account to be closed.
  • Why you are closing your account.
  • If there’s any way we could change your mind.
  • Which accounts you’d like closed if you have more than one.

Mr.Host Support will then verify with you your cancellation one final time. If you do not reply to this final verification your account will not be cancelled.
